ECO Relationships presents
Beauty, Intimacy & the Covenant Calling of a Woman
A Sacred Gathering for Our Sisters
Four sessions on the heart, the calling, the covenant,
and the everyday dignity of a woman in Christ.
You are not here by accident. You are here because God has been drawing you. Some of you came carrying joy, others tired, others quietly broken, others spiritually hungry. Whatever brought you to this room, He sees you. He knows your name. And He is going to meet you here.
This conference is not a performance. It is a sacred encounter. Today is about returning. Returning to the truth of who you are, who God made you, and who Christ has called you to become.
Each session has its own page in this booklet. As we walk through the four teachings, use the space to:
Take this booklet home. Return to it on hard days, in seasons of doubt, in moments of decision. The teaching does not end when the worship ends. It continues in the quiet of your kitchen, the school run, the bedside vigil, the work commute, the prayer closet.
"I have loved you with an everlasting love. I have drawn you with unfailing kindness."
Jeremiah 31:3With love and in covenant,

"Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight."
1 Peter 3:3-4To be adorned is not to be decorated. It is not makeup. It is not fashion. It is not the work of a stylist.
To be adorned is to be clothed by God Himself, in dignity, in grace, in the unshakeable identity of His daughter. It is the quiet beauty that does not fade when the season changes, when the marriage gets hard, when the children grow up, when the body grows tired, when the world stops looking.
This is the beauty God has been weaving in you. Today we will name it and walk in it.
You will leave this room more clothed in God's love than when you walked in. Not because of the speakers. Because of the One we have come to meet.
Session 1
True beauty begins in the heart. God values inner transformation over outward appearance.
"People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart."
1 Samuel 16:7You have spent your life being measured. Measured by mirrors, by men, by mothers, by media, by ministry. But God does not see you the way the world sees you. The world looks at the outside. He looks at the heart. External beauty fades. Character and spirit remain.
Some of us hide pain behind perfection. Father wounds, divorce, rejection, abuse, sexual shame, loneliness, comparison. We learned to perform what we have not yet healed. Today there is permission to bring the bleeding parts to Christ.
"Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." (Proverbs 4:23). What enters your heart shapes your behavior. Practical ways to guard the heart: prayer, worship, boundaries, wise relationships, scripture meditation, avoiding toxic environments.
An adorned woman develops a prayer life, wisdom, humility, grace, emotional maturity, self-control, spiritual consistency. She is not perfect. She is growing.
Healing from insecurity. Healing from rejection. Identity restoration. Freedom from shame.
I am chosen. I am loved. I am adorned by God. My worth is not determined by culture. My beauty begins in Christ.
Session 2
Submission is strength, trust, honor, and alignment under God. Not oppression. Not fear. Not abuse.
"Submit yourselves, then, to God." (James 4:7) · "Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ." (Ephesians 5:21)
Before a woman submits in marriage, she submits to Christ. A submitted woman is not a powerless woman. She is the most spiritually powerful kind of woman, because her trust is in God's order, not in a man's mood.
Jesus submitted to the Father and remained equal in value. Submission is not weakness. Women are not lesser. Men and women are equal in worth and different in assignment. And submission never excuses abuse, manipulation, violence, control, or fear. If those are present, that is not submission you are being asked to give. That is a wound you are being asked to escape.
Healthy marriage is built on respect, communication, sacrifice, humility, and partnership. It is not one-sided domination. Where one person dominates and the other disappears, that is not a covenant. It is captivity.
If you are single, submission is still your story. You submit to God, to wisdom, to spiritual discipline, to healthy boundaries. Submission protects purpose. It keeps you walking forward when feelings would pull you sideways.
Healing from unhealthy relationship experiences. Wisdom in relationships. Humility. Spiritual alignment.
I submit first to Christ. I reject fear and confusion. I embrace God's wisdom. I walk in strength, dignity, and grace.
Session 3
God's holy and healthy design for intimacy in marriage. Breaking shame, silence, fear, and confusion.
"Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure."
Hebrews 13:4Intimacy was God's idea before it was anyone else's. Marriage reflects covenant. Physical intimacy carries emotional and spiritual weight. It should reflect love, trust, safety, honor, and communication, not power, not performance, not pressure.
Many of us were taught one of two extremes. Either intimacy was treated as shameful, or culture distorted it completely. We arrive in marriage carrying sexual shame, fear, trauma, insecurity, silence, or rejection. Healing is necessary. And healing is possible.
Healthy intimacy requires honesty, emotional safety, patience, listening, and compassion. It cannot thrive where there is constant criticism, fear, emotional neglect, or bitterness. The bedroom is downstream from the kitchen, from the budget, from the silence after the disagreement. Tend the upstream and the downstream heals.
"Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit." (1 Corinthians 6:19). You are not a problem to be managed. You are a daughter to be honored. Honor your body. Reject self-hatred. God values you deeply. Purity includes emotional purity too.
Healing from shame. Marriage restoration. Emotional healing. Trust rebuilding.
I reject shame. I embrace God's design. I honor my body. I honor covenant. I walk in healing and wholeness.
Session 4
Walk boldly in your God-given identity, purpose, authority, and calling.
"You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession."
1 Peter 2:9You may know church language and still secretly struggle with identity. You pray but feel invisible. You serve but feel forgotten. You survive but never truly believe you are chosen. Heaven calls you daughter. You are not common. You are royal. Your past does not cancel your calling.
Before Esther entered the palace, she prepared. She healed. She listened. She learned. She matured. Preparation matters. The season you are tempted to despise may be the season God is using to make you ready.
A daughter of the King carries peace, wisdom, grace, authority, discernment, compassion. She brings God's presence into her home, her community, her workplace, her relationships. When you walk into a room, something should change.
"And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?" (Esther 4:14). This generation needs healed women. God still calls women to leadership. Women must stop hiding. Women must walk confidently in purpose.
Identity. Calling. Boldness. Healing. Purpose. Confidence.
I am a daughter of the King. I will not shrink back. I will not live in fear. I will not live beneath my calling. I carry the presence of God. I walk in dignity. I walk in wisdom. I walk in purpose. I walk adorned.

Before anything else, thank You, Lord. This day is Yours. Every word taught, every heart softened, every tear, every laugh, every prayer prayed, none of it is the work of any one woman. It is the work of Your Spirit, in Your way, in Your time. To You be the glory.
For the prayers that have surrounded my life longer than I have memory. For modeling a faith that does not need an audience. I am here because you stayed faithful.
You are the family who believed in this vision before it had a name. You walked with me through every season, held me up when my arms grew tired, and rejoiced with me when the doors finally opened. Your fingerprints are on every part of this day.
You carried something only you could carry. Thank you for saying yes when God called your name and for bringing a word into this room. May the seed you sowed today come back to you a hundredfold.
This was our first conference, and you made it possible. You said yes. You showed up. You trusted us with your time, your tears, and your heart. May you leave more whole than you came, more loved than you knew, more clothed in His grace than ever before.
"How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!"
Romans 10:15With love,
Micheline Nelson

You came in today carrying what you carry. You leave today carrying Him.
This conference ends, but the teaching does not. The conversations God started in your heart today are meant to continue, in the quiet of your kitchen, in the long drive home, in the prayer closet, in the late hours when no one else is awake to talk you through it.
Take this booklet with you. Re-read a session a week. Speak the declarations out loud, even when your voice trembles. Especially when your voice trembles.
"The king is enthralled by your beauty."
Psalm 45:11ECO Relationships walks alongside singles, engaged couples, and married couples through Scripture-rooted teaching, daily reflections, the Voice of Covenant podcast, prayer support, and community.
