Renewed by His Mercies

These words were written in the midst of utter devastation. Jeremiah, the weeping prophet, penned Lamentations as Jerusalem lay in ruins. Everything had been lost, the temple, the city, the way of life. And yet, from the ashes of destruction, Jeremiah finds something indestructible: the faithfulness of God.
