Preparing for Promise

God's promises have appointed times. Your engagement is proof that a promise has been fulfilled, two hearts brought together by divine orchestration. But the fulfillment of one promise does not mean the end of waiting. New promises are ahead, and they too have appointed times.

Habakkuk was told to wait for a vision that seemed to linger. It felt delayed, but God assured him it would certainly come. Do not despise the in-between. This season of engagement is not just a countdown to the wedding. It is a sacred time of preparation for covenant. God is working in both of you, aligning your hearts, deepening your faith, and preparing you for the promise He is about to fulfill.
