A HEART RESET FOR LOVE

Start your year in pursuit of love God's way. The 21-Day Feast on Love Fast is a heart reset. Over three transformative weeks, we heal from the past, learn God's design for love, and posture ourselves for covenant relationships. It's time to love again, whole, healed, and holy.

Whether you're single and believing God for a covenant partner, engaged and preparing for marriage, or married and seeking deeper intimacy, this fast meets you where you are and takes you where God wants you to be. Love is patient, love is kind, and love begins with surrender.

WHY THE FEAST ON LOVE FAST?

1Heal From the Past

Heartbreak, rejection, betrayal, and disappointment leave wounds that affect how we give and receive love. The first phase of this fast confronts the pain, brings it to God's altar, and allows His love to mend what has been broken. You cannot love fully from a fractured heart, healing must come first.

2Learn God's Design

The world has distorted love into something God never intended. This fast recalibrates your understanding of love by returning to the Source. Through Scripture, prayer, and the Holy Spirit, you'll discover that covenant love is sacrificial, patient, faithful, and enduring, nothing like what culture has sold you.

3Prepare for Covenant

God is preparing His Bride, and we're saying yes to the call. Whether your covenant is with a future spouse, a deeper marriage, or a renewed relationship with God Himself, this fast positions you for the love story Heaven has already written for you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why 21 days? What's the significance?

Research shows it takes roughly 21 days to form or break a habit. Spiritually, Daniel fasted for 21 days before his breakthrough came (Daniel 10:12-13). This fast gives God enough time to uproot old patterns, plant new truths, and establish a transformed understanding of love in your heart. Each week builds on the last, healing, learning, and finally positioning you for covenant.

I'm happily married, is this fast for me?

Absolutely! Even strong marriages benefit from intentional love renewal. This fast helps married couples rediscover each other, deepen spiritual intimacy, heal any unaddressed hurts, and recommit to God's design for their union. Many couples report that fasting together transforms their marriage in ways they never expected.

What if I've given up on love?

Then this fast is especially for you. God has not given up on your love story. This fast begins with healing precisely because many people approach love from a place of pain. The first week is designed to minister to the place where hope died and resurrect your belief that God's love, and covenant love through His people, is real, available, and meant for you.

Can I continue dating during the fast?

We recommend a 21-day pause from dating and dating apps. This fast is about resetting your heart and recalibrating your standards. Continuing to date during this time can introduce distractions and compromise the deep work God wants to do. Trust the process, 21 days of surrender can save you years of heartbreak.

Will there be daily devotionals and community support?

Yes! Registered participants receive daily devotionals by email, access to our private WhatsApp group for encouragement and accountability, and invitations to live Zoom prayer sessions throughout the 21 days. You won't walk this journey alone, we fast together as a community of believers pursuing love God's way.

I have health conditions, can I still participate?

Yes! Choose the fasting option that works for your health. The Daniel Fast and Partial Fast are gentle options, and the Media & Relationship Fast requires no dietary changes at all. Always consult your doctor before beginning any dietary fast. God honors the heart of your sacrifice, not the severity of your restriction.

STANDING ON GOD'S WORD

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails."

~ 1 Corinthians 13:4-8a

"I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness."

~ Jeremiah 31:3

"Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins."

~ 1 Peter 4:8

"God is still writing love stories. He wrote Adam and Eve into existence for each other. He orchestrated Ruth and Boaz across fields and generations. He's been writing yours since before you were born. This fast is your invitation to stop striving, start surrendering, and let the Author of Love finish what He started. Your heart is safe in His hands."
